The approach to NANC and NASA portals interaction used REST-service
Methods and solutions for data exchange between the Ukrainian National Antarctic Data Centre and NASA portal are discussed. Two main options for the system architecture designing and their advantages and disadvantages are identified in the paper. The basic principles of data construction and their options, key architectural elements and basic functions are described. The approach for WEB-service designing is suggested based on the comparison two technologies (REST and SOAP).
