Research of handover in micro cellular LTE
networks with the interference coordination
In this article is proposed an enhanced inter cell interference coordination (ICIC) mechanism based on Multi Armed Bandit (MAB) approach that aims at maximizing throughputs of the attached users and their handover performances evaluated through 3GPP Mobility Robustness Optimization (MRO) indicators.
