802.11ac network performance assessment peculiarities
The paper reviews wireless standard IEEE 802.11ac and equipment for wireless network based on this standard. We tested the network productivity in lab, specifically TCP data rate in point-to-point (PTP) wireless network based on SDR IEEE 802.11ac transceivers. We described the scenarios for wireless networks performance assessment and how they impact network performance: approaches for traffic load generation and respective consuming of SDR hardware computational resources.Посилання
