Анотація

Розглянуто основні існуючі рішення для інфокомунікаційних систем роздрібної торгівлі, проаналізовано їх недоліки та розроблено стратегію покращення операційної діяльності підприємства шляхом інтеграції в систему чат-ботів - для підвищення ефективності процесу обробки заявки.
