ПОБУДОВА ЗАПИТІВ ДО ВЕЛИКИХ МОВНИХ МОДЕЛЕЙ ДЛЯ ВИРІШЕННЯ ТЕЛЕКОМУНІКАЦІЙНИХ ЗАДАЧ

В роботі розглянуто застосування технік інженерії підказок у телекомунікаціях, з акцентом на оптимізацію продуктивності великих мовних моделей (LLMs) для виконання різноманітних завдань, таких як підтримка клієнтів, управління мережею та персоналізація інформаційних запитів, зокрема щодо впровадження програмних продуктів, досліджується. Проведено аналіз основних принципів розробки підказок, зокрема навчання з малими вибірками (few-shot learning), ролевих підказок (role prompting), міркувань у ланцюжку думок (chain-of-thought reasoning), багатокрокових підказок (multi-step prompting), ітеративної інженерії та вдосконалення підказок. Також окреслено поточні виклики та майбутні напрями використання LLM у сфері телекомунікацій.
