Evaluating the efficiency of communication path utilization by RTSP
broadcasting protocols in tasks of real-time video sequences transmission
In this paper, a method for estimating the efficiency of communication path usage by network protocols in the form of a number - the payload coefficient is proposed. Using the proposed method, the payload coefficient for the RTSP broadcasting protocols and the communication path based on an IP network with a point-to-point topology and an Ethernet frame was estimated.
