Анотація
LTE network offloading using Wi-Fi
Recently, there has been an exposure growth in mobile data traffic. Mobile providers are looking for techniques that selectively offload the mobile data traffic to Wi-Fi networks to balance the load and improve network performance. In this paper, we propose Seamless Mobility Interworking (SMI), a modified architecture that provides data offload supporting flow mobility.
